1. Add item to Quotation Option
• An "Add to Quote" button is available on product detail pages, allowing customers to initiate a quotation process instead of placing an order directly.
2. Quotation Items and Flyout Quote List
• Added items are displayed in the top header, similar to cart items, with a flyout popup that appears when hovering over the icon.
3. Separate Quotation List Page (Similar to Shopping Cart)
• A separate quotation list page is available where users can see all items added to the quotation and manage them. Users can also update quotes and download a PDF of quoted items.
4. Submit Quote Process
• Similar to the checkout process, there is a submit quote option where users are asked to provide billing and shipping addresses.
5. Email Notifications
• Automatic email notifications are sent to the customer and admin when a quotation is submitted, updated, or completed.
6. Tax Calculations
• Include estimated within the quotation, which can be adjusted based on location or customer preferences.
7. Quotation History
• Provide customers with access to their previous quotation requests, along with the ability to reorder from a previous quote
8. Quotation Status Updates
• Customers can track the status of their quotation requests (e.g., pending, reviewed, accepted, rejected).
